Euromixers Portable & Fixed Mount Mixers cover open or closed top vessels, with electric or pneumatic drives, lightweight aluminium housing and 316 stainless steel shafts and impellers.

Designed for a wide variety of applications on open or closed top vessels.
Using an IBC as a mixing vessel ensures consistent product quality and offers significant savings on transfer and cleaning time.
Lightweight aluminium housing and compact, robust design.
Standard metric electric or pneumatic (dry or lubricated) motors; electric motors with Integral Electronic Variable Speed Drives available.
Vertical and horizontal shaft-axis adjustment accommodates different tank sizes, optimises flow patterns, eliminates dead spots and ensures product uniformity and quality.

Electric or pneumatic drives provide a cost-effective, versatile solution for small batch mixing.
Direct drive clamp-on mixers offer effective, economical mixing of low viscosity products.
Gear drive mixers handle small batches of products with different SG and viscosities.
Supplied with a high efficiency axial flow impeller for low to medium viscosity products. Radial flow, saw tooth, E-200 folding Impellers and E-400 impellers are also available.
Clamp or Cup plate mounting on the tank rim or a suitable structure over the tank; Cup plate mounting increases stability. Tri-clover flange and transportable stand options are available.

Open tank electric motors can have drip covers for outdoor use.
Closed tank models mount directly to the tank. Shaft and impeller configurations optimise process performance for batch or continuous applications.
Closed tank sealing options include low cost Lip seals, Stuffing boxes, single Dry Running mechanical seals mounted on the mixer flange, hygienic options and double mechanical seals.
Single dry running mechanical seals are designed for mixer duty, with seal face, elastomer and alloy combinations to suit individual applications. Optional shaft support collar facilitates seal removal.
