The Power Step Oil Filter Crusher reduces the amount of waste for transport and eliminates accidental oil spills that remains stored in the filter canisters.

It will separate the oil from the canister and filter media and store them in separate drums ready for collection.

• The crushing tower is fabricated from 16mm AS3678-250MA steel plate.
• The crushing plate structure is: 362 x 362 x 1050 (12mm plate).
• The main hydraulic cylinder has 175mm Bore and 500mm Stroke (operating pressure 200 BAR)
• Hydraulic oil reservoirs are integrated in the machine design and located at either side of the crushing tower.
• Hydraulic oil capacity is 100 litres.
• Hydraulic Power Pack is 11 kW WEG 3-phase Mining Specification Electric Motor.
• Hydraulic Control is a PLC controlled solenoid operating CETOP 3 and CETOP 5 valves.
• Two safety lockouts are fitted to the crushing chamber loading door. The crusher is designed not to operate if loading door is open.
• The crushing Force is 52000kgs (or 52 tonnes).
• Cycle time is approximately 30 seconds.
• Capacity of crushing chamber is 4 to 5 large filters at a time.
