Bio Lazure Paint (glazing paint) and ...
Bio Lazure Paint provides a glazed transparent surface suitable for plaster and plasterboard.
Tints are vibrant colours and provide depth of colour and multi-layered effects.
Both glaze and colours are eminently suitable for artistic work.
Preparation
The surface should be dry and cleaned of greasy and dirty contaminants. Plaster and plasterboard should first be given one coat of Bio Wall Paint white.
Application
May be brushed, rolled, sprayed, sponged or wiped on. Mix Glazing Paint 2:1 with Lazure Pigments and thin this mixture step by step with cold water. Mix very well, with an electric handmixer if possible.
For the first coat, we recommend one part glaze to three parts water. For subsequent coats, the ratio may be up to 1:7 parts of glaze to water.
Note: it is advisable to make test strips on the surface to be painted to determine how to achieve the desired glazing effect.
As the hardness of the water changes from area to area please make sure that the water used is not harder than 18 dH.
