Robots designed for welding

Panasonic robots are specifically developed for the arc welding process in which all components and software are produced in house. The welding robot, welding machine, controller, wire feeder, positioners and software are therefore optimally tuned to each other. And last but not least: Valk Welding take all responsibility together with Panasonic for your whole project.

System design & long term technical support for Valk Welding’s robot systems is supported in Australia & New Zealand by Orion Automation Systems Pty Ltd which is the distributor and systems integrator for Panasonic Robot Welding systems.

As robot welding systems utilising Panasonic’s fully integrated robot welding system is also Orion Automation System’s full focus, local technical support is ensured from technicians with experience in the robot welding industry since 1987.

Orion Automation System’s technicians are regularly trained in Japan by Panasonic & support the Australian system customers with the Factory Acceptance process at Valk Welding in The Netherlands. This ensures that the installation by the Valk Engineers in Australia will be fully supported into production and for the system life cycle.
