The BoomerHD 200 Series is a heavy-duty, long-reach boom featuring a 200cm diameter slew base. The slew base is capable of rotating a full 360 degrees (unobstructed by hose mountings and other nearby structures). The entire structure of the boom is made from high tensile steel, and is available in 2 standard models based on required boom / jib length, and therefore maximum horizontal / vertical reach.
The 200 Series is ideal for even the most heavy-duty applications, often involving crushers and grizzlies, where the rockbreaker boom is used to drill-down oversize rock so they can pass into the crusher or sizer below. These huge machines make light of the biggest applications, and can be used to ‘power slew’ rocks as well as drill.
ll 200 Series BoomerHD models feature hydraulic radio controls as standard, which can be further optimised with Transmin’s award winning RockLogic automated control system. RockLogic’s intelligent automation system improves the safety and efficiency of rock breaking, with a number of automation features designed to reduce downtime, and therefore increase productivity on-site.
