In 2021, after 5 years of development, Technomark dives into the « smart traceability » era. Globally launched in September 2021, the new range of electromagnetic dot peen machines Connect.series, intends to become the new must-have of the 4.0 industry.

EASY, MARK WITH COMPLETE FREEDOM

Easy, the first born of this new range, which has no equivalent on this market, revolutionises the marking industry thanks to its wireless connection between the marking head and the controller. Its new design in a «passe-partout» template is shaking-up the permanent marking codes and fits perfectly to the new mobile uses of the operator, without overlooking the performance, on the contrary. The marking head EASY 60  offers a marking area of 60x30mm and is completely autonomous thanks to its powerful 22V lithium-ion battery which allows to mark until three times more than similar machines. 3 way to use are available to fit all configurations and needs : 100% battery, 100% electric and plug-in hybrid. The whole in a lightweight but robust version thanks to its technical polymer shells added to rubber bumpers providing protection in case of a drop.

The marking head is paired quickly to the controller thanks to the RFID tag and its secure WiFi protocol allows operators to work within a 10m range for a total marking freedom. Perfect to mark in hard-to-reach areas, Easy has a standard 5 in 1 foot support, which make easier to mark on flat surface, sloping surface or even cylinders. The marking head has an OLED display on its side that provides real-time information on marking files, battery life or WiFi connection.

The controller, with its large 10’’ touch screen in tempered glass, linked to the intuitive software developed by Technomark, makes data setup quick and simple so anyone can start marking within 3 clics. Its strength is its network connection (direct production and information data exchange) thanks to its multiple connectivity like Ethernet and USB port. In terms of maintenance, its software has preventive maintenance function to significantly increase the head and the controller lifespan.

The VESA system of the controller makes it compatible with all the market brackets and to provide full marking solutions Technomark has developped 3 configurations : from the simple controller holder to a full working area sets on the floor. This way you can develop efficiently areas full dedicated to your traceability.

Thanks to the Intelligent Driving Impact technology, the software automatically detects any height differences on the parts and adjust his strength to allows consistent quality.
