This rugged range of centrifugal horizontal multistage pumps ideal for applications such as irrigation systems such as those used with centre or lateral pivot irrigators, high pressure lifting, fire duty pumps, industrial processes, heating, cleaning, boiler systems, refrigeration and even snow making.

The outlet port on many models can be positioned vertically up (standard) or at 90 degrees either left or right. Multiple outlet ports can be fitted on various stages for different duties with the one pump such as used in fire services.

• Suction body with axial flow (TK/TM)
• Suction body with radial flow (TKB/TMB and TKV/TMV)
• Drive bearing support with high rigidity
• Stainless steel shaft completely protected
• Adjustable packing seal on shaft
• Balanced or unbalanced mechanical seal option
• External tie rods for tightening intermediate stages
• Front and rear wear rings to protect diffusers, stage body and impellers
• Maximum Working Pressure, 40 bar or 63 bar depending on variations
• Suction flanges are PN 16 (Pressure Nominal 16 bar)
• Delivery flanges are PN 40 (PN 63 on request)
• Outlet port can be orientated to one of three positions
• Liquid Temperature; -15°C to max +40°C
• Cast Iron or carbon steel impellers and diffusers
• Cast Iron or carbon steel suction body, delivery body and stage castings
• Stainless steel 461 shaft and protection bushes

Options:

• Full stainless steel AISI 316 models
• Duplex AISI630 shafts on request
• PN 63 outlet flange
• Mechanical Seal or packing gland to suit user requirements
• Oil soaked bearings with a constant level oil feeder available
• Special elastomers to suit liquid or temperature
