Sepak | Plate Heat Exchangers
The standard material for flow plate heat exchangers is Stainless steel and, optional Titanium and other exotic materials are available as well. Sepak offers design, supply and installation of heat exchangers and heat exchange systems for applications such as: water to water heating or cooling Heat recovery Pasteurizer for Milk, Wine and Juices Chilling of fluids (Glycol) Protection of High-value cooling and heating equipment Pressure breaker (buffer).
Features
Gasketed Plate Design
With the large range of plate heat exchangers SEPAK has got the optimal technical solution for any possible task, with connection sizes from Ø15 – Ø500 mm covering a liquid flow of 50 l/hour to 2000 m 3/hour. The construction of the inlet part makes a perfect distribution of the liquids across the heating surface. The inlet part is increased and supplied with grooves preventing “dead spots” which may cause the growth of bacteria in the plate heat exchanger. The inlet with groves secures a strong inlet part with a minimum of contact points.
Brazed Plates
Contrary to the traditional plate heat exchanger the brazed plate heat exchanger does not contain rubber gaskets and can thus operate continuously at the temperatures from minus 180 degrees C up to plus 200 degrees C. The operating pressure can be as high as 30 bar.
