We can supply, process and manufacture virgin and filled grades of PTFE, these include low deformation virgin, 25% glass fiber, 23% glass + 2% graphite, 25% carbon and 60% bronze grades, custom compounds and colours are available in some circumstances.

Teflon® PTFE Rods and Tubes

Free Flow Virgin PTFE contains no fillers and is supplied to a strict particle size and purity specification. This resin is ideal for compression moulding of stock shapes or semi / auto moulding of parts due to its high fill density.

Grades available:

• Non Free Flow or Free Flow Resin

• Pre-sintered Resin

This formulation offers the following performance advantages:

• Excellent chemical resistance

• Extremely low friction / non-stick properties

• FDA compliant - (Food Safe)

• High temperature resistance – (260' C continuous)

Typical Applications:

• Seals

• Electrical Insulators

• Valve Seats

• Gaskets

• Linings (chemical)
