The APACS 2000 BASIX palletizer is a simplified version of the APACS 2000S series palletizers.

In essence it offers the same functionality but with manual, empty and full pallet handling and layer pad placement.

Suited to a variety of pallet sizes:

Standard palletizing or tray packing:

Portable

Small footprint. 56 sq.ft (i.e. 7’ by 8’ for a 56” by 44” pallet)
Automated side guide adjustment
Offset built into pusher for staggered layer configuration if required
Servo driven backplate for container support while pusher is transferring row onto the pallet
Selectable option in program to extend pusher stroke to full depth of pallet to handle unstable containers
Electronic and program controlled height adjustment for Operator action
Trolley ramp included for pallet insert and removal
Removable Alucabond side panels for ease of maintenance
Touch screen control system
