The cylindrical first stage exposes product in the seasoning zone for a consistent time. The cone-shape and flight profile of the second stage gently tumbles product for twice the residence time of traditional drums. The result is superior seasoning adherence and coverage with less fall-off waste.

Manufactured from food grade FDA and CE approved polyethylene, the AccuFlavor Tumble Drum is durable and maintains its shape better than cylindrical drums. The quick release feature allows the drum to be removed by hand without using tools for simple sanitation.
