Omega Series Punch Presses
Omega Series are offered in two table sizes of 1500 x3000mm, and 1500 x 4000mm. The Omega can also be fitted with a fully integrated right angle shear for part removal.
The Omega Series can process material up to 8mm thick. The Omega Series punch presses feature a 38-station turret with up to ten (10) D station auto-indexes.
A state-of-the-art, PC-based GE Fanuc 180i control speeds set-up and provides powerful features such as diagnostics, increased program storage capacity and networking.
Omega models also feature three programmable, relocatable work clamps, which can be programmed to a position on the X carriage and individually relocated to a new position within the part program.
This reduces or eliminates the “no punch” zones. Material handling can be automated with the addition of an automatic sheet loading/unloading system, parts sorting device and materials warehouse.
