This product began as a standard perforated steel shadow board, having been developed exclusively for the RAAF. Over the subsequent years, regular innovations have led to a state of the art system for tool storage. Such innovations include containing the tool board within BAC's patented steel housing.

It's beginnings were humble and focussed, but the resulting BAC Flightline Toolboard has grown such that it is a popular choice in countless other industries. The benefits of these units offer technicians an alternative to the classical shadow board, affording them industrial strength and functionality.

With all of the standard functionality of a timber-based shadow board, the BAC Flightline Toolboard offers the following improvements over is old-fashioned predecessors:

Up to7.4m² of useable panelling – the largest steel mobile tool storage unit available
Fully-Steel construction – ensuring longevity and durability
Specialised partitioning attachments, including partitioning posts, tool clips and socket toolbars, to provide permanent locations for tools
A transparent perspex security roller door with aluminium joiners to ensure a completely secure system, allowing a visual tool audit once the unit has been locked.
Large 150mm Urethane Castors allowing mobility for the tools across the workshop, the flightline, the lab, or wherever else the tools are required.
