The Pack King Semi-Auto Strapping Machine makes strapping a pleasure to do.

Simply place the carton against the stops (close to where the strap enters the stainless table top). Pull the strap over the carton and place the end back into the slot.

The machine senses the strap end, tensions the loop around the carton, welds the two strap segments together, then cuts it and passes out under the carton sufficient strap to be readied for the next carton. It takes but a few seconds to achieve a strong (130 Kg breaking strain) strap that not only secures your load, but helps considerably when picking the carton up. Put as many straps around the carton in any direction until you are happy with the level of protection.

The full cabinet looks good anywhere from the office to the warehouse. It is fitted with auto locks that switch the machine off whenever a door or lid is opened. Many strappers do not have this safety feature.

Buttons allow you to move out strap manually or automatically, along with a dwell time selector.

A comprehensive brochure, along with a pack containing spare parts and adjusting tools complete the picture.
