iBulk Vibratory Screener (iVib)
They are suitable for polyurethane screen decks, wedge wire panels and woven wire tensioned screens. iBulk designs are carefully checked with FEA before proceeding to manufacture. The iVib permits installation at an incline for dewatering use as well as decline for sizing purposes. iBulk only uses certified carbon steel for this equipment and ensures stiffening is adequate for high G-Force usage.
Special high tensile hydraulically fastened bolts are used in the assembly of the iVib to ensure optimal fastening of all structures.
iVib Screens are mounted on specially designed rubber mounts to maximise isolation and eliminate vibration transfer to structures.
Advantages:
Applications & Industries
The iVib has been utilised in the following industries:
Installation:
The iVib is supported by helical coil support springs or rubber compression springs. The screen is mostly driven by two electric out of balanced motors.
The screen can be installed in a horizontal, or inclined or declined position, depending upon capacity and headroom required.
Feed rates can be easily changed by adjusting the weight settings on the motor shafts to modify the stroke or by frequency inverter control if required
