Amco’s continued advancements in development has allowed us to launch the new Haccper® mat.
Sanitising boot dip mats are used in many areas and are lot more areas would use them if they had a lower outside bevel height. High outside dam edges frustrate HR and staff with the high potential risk of someone falling or tripping over the high edge. The Haccper® mat height is 19mm and has a low sloping bevel making trolley access to the sanitising a breeze and an added bonus.
Flexible pvc loop inside the dam edge allows the users footwear to sink to the bottom of the mat and totally immerse the bottom of the shoe. The inner loop style PVC acts as a baffle through the entire mat and reduces swish and splash often associated with conventional boot dip mats. Reducing splash wastage decreases the use of extra sanitising fluid, long term potentially saving hundreds of dollars over 1-2 years use.
Sanitising wheels on push trolleys is vitally important and can now be easily done by pushing over the low sloping bevel on the Haccper® mat and through the sanitising fluid. The mats are manufactured from PVC ensuring long term use and resistance to disinfectants. Not manufactured with any natural rubbers and will not leave ugly black marks on wet floors as many would have experienced. It is important to note that the Haccper® mat does not sanitise footwear on its own but needs a sanitising fluid poured into the reservoir for the needed purpose.
The use of the Haccper sanitising mat is unlimited now with the low sloping bevel for trolley access and low slimline structure to prevent trips slips and falls in busy workplace environments. Commonly used in food and beverage manufacturing industries. Also including areas of Strict Infection control procedures, Biological Hazards, Sterile Safety zones in hospitals and operating theatres.
