EMF Vibratory Feeders employ a simple well proven drive arrangement using the power of reliable twin Vibratory Motors to produce a linear force. They are designed for 24/7 operation and offer low maintenance combined with longevity and simple design.

They are equally at home feeding Rice, Nails, Chemicals, Scrap Metal or Crushed Rocks. Our standard Feeders are available in a range of commonly used pan sizes that can be base mounted or suspended. The Drive can be positioned in the more conventional manner under the pan or where space is an issue in the overhead mode.

Construction is available in stainless steel for the food or chemical industries or in heavy duty carbon steel with abrasion resistant liners for specific applications.

Combined with special Frequency Inverters the Vibratory Feeders will provide fast acceleration and braking yet accept significant head loads in the case of installations under hoppers or silos.
