Fixed Table

The cutting frame moves along a fixed table, which is built in a range of sizes. Compact sizes are ideal for small spaces, while broader sizes can increase productivity by cutting two or more blocks at a time.

Manual Tilt Adjustment

When sheeting a block of foam, the cutting frame can be manually tilted to ensure a clean cut when the wires exit the block. The software compensates for the angle of tilt to produce accurate thickness of each sheet.

Automatic Wire Loading & Positioning

The standard Compuset is fitted with 20 computer controlled wires, which can be attached and stored out of the way until needed. Any number of wires can then be automatically loaded, positioned and unloaded by the computer for a given job. An upgrade to 40 wires is also available.

Integrated Blower System

This feature circulates the air alongside the cutting hotwire, in effect cooling the area around the wire. This prevent overheating which could otherwise break the wire or damage the block edge.

Compatible with a Selection of Wires

Two different wire sizes have been tested for compatibility and performance with this model.
