ARMA-flex - high pressure gas hoses made to order

ARMA-flex Stainless Steel Braided High Pressure Compressed Gas Hose

Made to measure high pressure hose assemblies for the gas industry. We specialise in 1/4" ID, PTFE (Teflon) and TEFZEL lined, stainless steel double braided hose. Each hose comes with gas specific connections and is pressure tested under water for a minimum of 5 minutes. We can assemble hoses in any quantity and up approximately 17 metres in length.

Hose assembly specification:

Post sintered, double braided stainless steel outer
Batch tested hydrostatically to 960 bar
Maximum working pressure 240 bar
Stainless steel ferrules
Stainless steel 1/4" NPTf end connection(s)
Finished assemblies tested under water

Argon
Nitrogen
Air
Carbon Dioxide
Acetylene
Hydrogen
LPG
Fuel Gases
Nitrous Oxide
Helium
All technical gases

Please note: Some gas companies do not recommend the use of PTFE lined hoses with oxygen. A more suitable alternative is stainless steel lined convolute hose which NGP stocks as Smart-Hose. EHP hose assemblies for Nitrogen and Air are also stocked in Smart-Hose format.
