Portable weighing systems have been used widely by truck drivers and companies from many industries as temperate weighing instrument. In most cases, it is impractical to install a proper weighbridge due to limited budget and operation space for a project. A portable load cell or weighing system can help companies to maximise their flexibility to weigh their trucks on site.
Our Portable Dynamic Weighing System are made of premium stainless steel and aluminium alloy. It is mainly used for dynamic weighing of trucks, machines and vehicles. The system consists two high strength aluminium alloy weighing pads, four bridges (two for each scale pad) and a display monitor. The weighing pad has multiple sealed high precision sensors embedded to the bottom side to make sure testing result are accurate and reliable. The whole platform is light with smaller size for portable measurement. The system can support wide measuring ranges with high resolution. Measurement can be done dynamically and statically with vehicles either drive over or stay on the platform. Dynamic testing requires 2 platforms to allow each axel to be tested when vehicle drive over the platform. Static testing requires platforms for each wheel from the vehicle to stand on. The monitor and platform can both be wired or wirelessly connected. Options for computer connection with the platform to gain test result is also available.
The system does have working condition requirement. The platform and its connected bridges need to be placed on a flat and dry surface with as less humps as possible. Small particles need to be cleaned to get more accurate result. Vehicles need to be guided by operator to drive through testing track for accurate result. When drive pass the bridge and platform, wheels need to be straight with maximum 10km/h in speed to gain accurate result. During testing process, operators need to avoid push breaks or turning wheels.
The system has been used in many industries such as mining, landfill station, vehicle manufacturing and testing. The idea of using this product is to provide companies and operators a more convenience option to weigh their vehicle or machines from different situation.
