Pallet inverters consist of a fixed base frame with a rotating frame incorporating a clamp mechanism. The clamp is hydraulically actuated while the rotation occurs through the large

precision bearing and torque boosted electric drive motor.

How do Pallet Exchanger Tilters work?

With a fixed base, the pallet exchangers tilting frame incorporates a no crush load stabilising plate, clamp mechanism.

Controlled by the on-board PLC controller, the tilter is actuated via a 415v 3 phase hydraulic power pack, providing a consistent, trouble free operation that is initiated with just a press of a button.

Allows for pallets to be loaded/unloaded with hand trucks in forklift free zones
Pallet exchange units have a 2,000kgs capacity
Pallet tilters eliminate the need for manual intervention and therefore eliminate the injury risks and decreases cycle times

Hydraulic Pallet Dispensers

Automatically accumulates and dispenses pallets onto conveyors or onto the floor
Empty pallets can weigh in excess of 30kg and should not be manually handled
Pallets can be loaded and unloaded with forklifts and/or hand pallet trucks
The hook tine dispensers can assist to create a forklift free zone
The dispensers are 15, 25, 30 or 50 pallet capacity
