The ergonomic ErgoPack - ErgoStrap are German made and comes in two lines. The E-conomy line and the X-pert line. They have both been made with the spine and associated stresses in mind. In fact they are recommended and certified by two of the biggest spinal associations in Germany.

The ErgoPack mobile pallet strapping machine will save you in sick leave and time spent in strapping pallets. What would otherwise take your staff at least 2 minutes for the pallet strapping process can now be reduced to as little as 40 seconds.

Essentially the ErgoPack is rolled in front of the pallet and then expertly guides it's patented chain lance holding the strapping -  under the pallet, then up the rear and back to the operator. The strap lifter brings the second strap, at which time the operator advances forward the powered strapping tool (depending on the model) that will then tension, seal together and cut the strapping. All without need of bending, stretching or lifting.

ErgoPack - ErgoStrap E-conomy Line

There is a range within the E-conomy line:

• 700 -  is a fully manual hand crank drive that has no strapping tool included, but will suit PP/PET strapping 9-25mm width
• 700E has an electric motor with a spur gear and is electronically controlled using a joystick. It also has no strapping tool included and will suit PP/PET strapping 9-25mm width

713E, 726E and 745E  - all come with a strapping tool and and work with PP/PET strapping widths of 9-13mm, 12-16mm, and 15-19mm respectively. All also have:

• •  an electric motor with a spur gear
  • 2 x 12V rechargable batteries with operating voltage of 24V
  • 350 strapping cycles per battery charge
  • chain speed is 40m/min
  • 3 LED's indicating charge level
  • mechanical control using a joystick

ErgoPack - ErgoStrap X-Pert Line

The X-pert range all feature an electric motor with a reinforced angle gear that is electronically controlled. The range:

• 700X - doesn't come with a strapping tool and works with a strapping width of 9-25mm

All others 713X, 726X and 745X work with PP/PET strapping widths of 9-13mm, 12-16mm and 15-19mm respectively and feature:

• 3 x 12V rechargeable batteries with an operating voltage of 36V
