Just finished a very neat mix station with jacketed [for heating] mix tank. We did the FAT with the customer and he is delighted – absolutely what he was after.
So it is a 150 litre working capacity tank fitted with a water jacket for heating his product is his specified time frame. The powder additions cone enables the customer to add difficult to “wet-out” powders and have them mixed instantly. The cone is fitted with an electric actuated valve to ensure no one forgets to shut it before stopping the pump.
