MAIN CHARACTERISTICS:
Monolithic welded structure base machined and bored in a single operation on a boring machine
with movable column.
The lower beam is of a “sandwich” type and includes hydraulic cylinders for the deflection
compensation of both top beam and lower beam itself (HYDRAULIC CROWNING UNIT).
This guarantees the max precision of the bending angle over the entire length of the piece bent.
The movement of the upper beam (Y1-Y2) is controlled electronically thanks to the use of digital
linear transducers which are installed in order to compensate totally the negative effects of the
deflections, typical of the side frames, during the bending process.
The balancing and positioning system of the top beam is made through servo-proportional valves
which offers the advantage to allow bending also on the extreme sides of the machine without
getting any real difference in the bending angle.
Positioning precision is ± 0,01 mm.
Standard equipment PROMECAM style tooling.:
– Adjustable intermediate clamp H= 100 mm.
– Hardened and ground top tool mod. H = 90; R = 0,8; ? = 35°
– Hardened and ground bottom die mod. 4V; 60 x 60; V = 16, 22, 35, 50; ? = 85°
– Removable bench of mm 90 x 105 x 4200.
– X – R axes controlled by rack and pinion.
– Brushless motors.
The sliding guides of the machine (mainly top beam) are made by anti-friction gibs which are
totally free from being wear.
The main hydraulic cylinders are of the “double effect” type with lapped barrel and piston being
induction hardened, grounded, chromed and polished.
Main electrical components are SCHNEIDER.
Main hydraulic components are ATOS or REXROTH.
The hydraulic pump is of the internal gear type and make is REXROTH or VOITH.
