Gamma tray-sealers meet the production requirements of large production facilities with a high level of automation.

The series identifies 6 in-line models capable of packaging products in tray-seal only, modified atmosphere and skin modes, even with protruding products.

These packaging machines can also be integrated with automatic dosers, multi-head weigh-labellers, automatic loading systems, unstackers, lid inserters and more than two hundred other different optional accessories, giving rise to complex, highly customised lines operating at high speeds that can exceed 200 packs per minute.

The Gamma series packaging machines are equipped with electro-hydraulic handling, one of the strengths of the Caveco brand, which allows extreme precision and synchronisation of movement during operations, and / or the classic electro-pneumatic handling. Both movements are assisted by brushless motors to fully maximise the speed and avoid spillage of liquid products. The movements of the active parts can be set by means of brushless systems that allow a continuous feed system thanks to the electric control of the motors.
