Ezi-Duct's Victorian team recently finished up a ducting system for a local company that has been around for 40 years. They work behind the scenes for internationally recognised brands, utilising state-of-the-art equipment in their factory to manufacture a wide range of nutritious and delicious products.
For this installation, we needed stainless steel ducting to transfer chilled air from a humidifier for a chocolate coating and polishing machine. Once the chilled air reached the correct temperature, the pneumatic slide dampers diverted the return back to the humidifier.
The chocolate added to the machine needed to be accurately pumped at a steady rate as required, which meant that the coating machines had a sensitive load cell. Our installers had to make sure that all the ducting had to be carefully connected and suspended in order to make sure there was no weight distributed to the machines.
