The MF 58 vertical packaging machine is the perfect solution for those looking for a reliable machine for medium-high production and medium-large formats (5 to 30 kg).

It is designed to process pillow or gusset type bags in polyethylene, polypropylene, and laminates.

Bag dimensions range from a minimum of 330 x 400 mm to a maximum of 580 x 980 mm.

It can achieve outputs of up to 1,200 bags per hour.

Its versatile nature makes it ideal for packaging a wide range of products, including potting soil, compost, sand, aggregates, plastic granules, seeds, feed, pet food, and pellets.

The winding mechanism begins with a flat film supplied by a reel, which is drawn in by drive belts controlled by a servomotor and kept under constant tension.

The film then moves through the forming tube, which shapes it to the required dimensions, allowing the product to be fed in.

Welding bars, positioned at the end of the machine, seal the formed bag using impulse welding, ensuring a perfect seal without damaging the material, and separate it from the next bag.
