The MF 54 vertical packaging machine is a reliable, high-output solution for medium-format packaging.

The pillow or gusset bags are highly compact and square-shaped, with a maximum size of 470×680 mm.

Starting with a flat film reel, the machine forms the bag around the tube, then applies vertical and horizontal heat sealing. The result is a fully airtight, three-seal package.

A pair of servo-controlled rubber belts, equipped with a self-centring device, pulls the film down to the desired bag length while the dosing unit discharges the exact amount of product into the bag.
